First Baptist Ocala has several different units to dispatch depending on the relief effort needed: Clean Up & Recovery, Feeding Unit, Shower Unit.

2009 Training Dates

The Florida Baptist Convention will be offering several dates for Disaster Relief training. This training is required if you want to assist the Disaster Relief teams when severe weather or disasters strike.  Training events start at 9AM and are over no later than 3 PM.  If you are interested in attending any of the following training sessions, please contact Allyson at 629-5683 Ext. 145 or click here to email her.

April 17 - Region 3 - San Jose Baptist, Jacksonville
May 1 - Region 5 - FBC Sweetwater, Longwood
May 15 - Region 7 - Christ Fellowship Church, Miami (Downtown Campus)
June 5 - Region 1 - Cinco Baptist Church, Ft, Walton
June 26 - Region 4 - Idlewild Baptist Church, Tampa
